Shipping policy

Complimentary standard shipping on orders $100 or More.

Receive complimentary standard shipping on individual orders of $100 or more. No promo code is necessary at checkout for qualifying orders. If you are using a promotional discount code when placing your order, please note that shipping charges are calculated based on your merchandise order total after the discount code is applied to your order and before any applicable sales taxes are applied.

Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer.

Each order placed can only be shipped to one address at a time. Items in an order cannot be sent to separate shipping addresses.

Available to U.S. residents only.

If shipped via USPS, packages should be received within 2-7 business days. 

*Applies to USPS Ground shipping within the 48 continental U.S. states only. 

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in New York. Orders will be shipped via USPS Monday - Friday, except on major holidays and the summer season. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days.

An additional fee of $25-$35 will be added to orders that are to be expedited.

Two-Day Delivery orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday-Friday to be shipped that same day. 

Make It Make Scentz will only ship to residential or business addresses. We are unable to ship P.O. Boxes.
